Damion "Don" Carter served five years at Fort Dix Federal Institution in New Jersey. Upon Carter's release, he is reunited with his old crew from Brooklyn and they waste no time getting back to business. After overcoming money obstacles, Carter pays his old Russian Mafia friends a visit and purchases credit card printers, embosser machines and thousands of blank cards and millions of dollars worth of stolen account numbers. After crossing his T's and dotting his I's, Carter opens up shop in the luxurious Vinegar Hill section of Brooklyn, becoming the organized crime family known to the FBI as the infamous Vinegar Hill Gang. Damion and his crew started wholesaling credit cards and expanded his business all over New York, Pennsylvania, Ohio, North Carolina, and Atlanta, quickly becoming the king of the credit card game, landing him the name Credit Card Carter.
